Ecoverso Digital provides marketing, content creation, paid media management, AI automation, and marketplace services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.

Ecoverso Cars is an online marketplace connecting car buyers with dealers. Ecoverso Digital acts as a platform provider and does not participate in transactions between buyers and dealers.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Ecoverso Cars — Dealer Terms

Dealers using Ecoverso Cars agree to:

• → List vehicles at accurate, transparent prices
• → Respond to leads in a timely manner
• → Not inflate prices or engage in deceptive practices
• → Comply with our Price Guarantee policy and 3-strike enforcement system

Dealers who violate pricing transparency policies may have their listings demoted or their accounts suspended.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and branding on ecoversodigital.com are the property of Ecoverso Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ecoverso Digital provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

For Ecoverso Cars: we do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings, prices, or dealer information. All transactions are between the buyer and dealer directly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
